DESCRIPTION:The Colorado Chapter of Gift of Adoption is aiming to raise $20\,000 by December 31\, 2024 to complete the adoption of a child in need of a permanent family. \nEach year\, Gift of Adoption Colorado receives requests from approximately 17 qualified families – representing a funding need of $82\,500. The goal of the Colorado Chapter’s all-volunteer board is to raise enough funds to help complete each of these adoptions but currently must say no to 1/3 of qualified applicants based on limited funds. \nWill you support us with a gift today? 100% of your donation will be directed to complete the adoptions of children in vulnerable circumstances by loving\, Colorado families. \nDonate Here! \n  \nYour support could help a child like James\, who was adopted by Kellie and Reyna of Colorado in 2024. James was born 6 weeks prematurely in February 2024 to a birth mother who felt unable to parent. He was at risk of entering foster care but was matched with Reyna and Kellie\, a couple from Montrose\, CO who greatly desired to start a family through adoption. Kellie and Reyna needed some financial assistance to cover all the adoption costs and turned to Gift of Adoption Colorado. A $7\,500 grant enabled them to complete James’ adoption\, ensuring James knows permanency and security and receives the love and care he needs to thrive. \n \n  \nSponsorship Match \nThis year our frequent sponsor\, Evexias Medical Center Denver\, has generously offered to match every $1\,000 raised with an additional $100 donation!

Gift of Adoption provides grants to complete the adoptions of children in vulnerable circumstances—giving them permanent families and a chance to thrive\, prioritizing grants to children with rare medical conditions\, siblings\, and adolescents at risk for aging out of the system. \nCalicraft has a host of different beers\, seltzers and non-alcoholic drinks. Choose from indoor and outdoor seating in a family-friendly atmosphere. Dogs are welcome outside on a leash. A food truck available for dinner and snack options.

Golfers will play as many holes as golf as they can from 7 AM – 7 PM to raise funds to support Gift of Adoption. \nDonations to Gift of Adoption can be made based on the number of holes played\, or a flat rate. Donors should expect that 50\, 100 or 150 holes may be played depending on many factors such as weather\, quality of golf\, and how long and how fast the Gift of Adoption golfers can play. \n\nGift of Adoption provides grants to complete the adoptions of children in vulnerable circumstances—giving them permanent families and a chance to thrive.  \n\nVisit the Event Site \n
