Every November, National Adoption Month brings awareness to the thousands of children in the U.S. and around the world who are waiting to be adopted into safe, permanent, and loving families.
This month, we’re inviting you to join us in raising awareness, sharing stories, and helping more children come home.

- There are more than 109,000 children in the U.S. foster system eligible for adoption.
- 10,000+ adoptions stall or fail every year due to financial barriers.
- Gift of Adoption has awarded over $20 million in adoption grants, helping over 6,000 children find permanent, loving families.

Start a Giving Circle fundraiser in honor of National Adoption Month. Whether you create a personal fundraiser or a team campaign, every dollar raised directly supports a child’s path to family.

Giving Circle
Hosting an Online Fundraiser is easy – it takes only a few moments to get the process started.
- Get Started: Fill out your first name, last name and email then click “Become a Fundraiser”
2. Click “Join a Team” to choose which state/chapter you would like to support.
3. Scroll through the list of existing chapters and choose the state you would like to support or if you would like to support adoptions nationwide, choose National. Click “Join” next to your selected choice to continue.
4. Choose to “Personalize My Page” to continue
5. Personalize your page: Once you’ve created a page you can personalize it by updating three items, your Profile image, Fundraising Goal, and Message.
6. Spread the Word: Click on the icon at the top left of the page to open your fundraising page in a new window and begin to share.
