Your Give/Get reports are intended to be informational and useful to you as you think about your role as a Chapter Board member throughout the year. We know many factors contribute to your personal giving and how/when you invite others to give to Gift of Adoption.
Here is the information you will find in your Give/Get reports:
Give Report:
This report provides the following information:
• Details of each gift you personally made so far this fiscal year. If no gifts are listed, it means we do not have a record of a personal contribution from you yet this fiscal year (through the end of the most recently completed quarter).
• Your total giving this FYTD.
• Your YTD progress against your chapter’s personal giving commitment.
• The total of all personal contributions by you and the rest of your chapter board this FYTD.
• The average personal contributions of you and the rest of your chapter board this FYTD.
• The median personal contributions of you and the rest of your chapter board this FYTD.
Get Report:
This report provides the following information:
• Details of each gift made by someone you solicited this FYTD. If no gifts are listed, it means you have either not had any contacts make a contribution or you did not let us know that you were the solicitor for a received gift (see notes regarding Gift Solicitor and Relationship Manager below).
• Your total Get this FYTD.
• Your progress against your chapter’s Get commitment this FYTD.
• The total amount raised by you and the rest of your chapter board this FYTD.
• The average amount raised by you and the rest of your chapter board this FYTD through direct solicitation.
• The median amount raised by you and the rest of your chapter board this FYTD through direct solicitation.
Gift Solicitor Notes: In your chapter’s Annual Plan/Monthly Finance Report spreadsheet you will see a DonorDetail_FY24 tab (if you need the link to your chapter’s document, please let me or your Chapter President know). This tab includes all donations received by your chapter this FYTD including the Gift Solicitor. If you were responsible for a gift and your name is not in this column – add your name so we can update the records.
