Join us December 3rd (Giving Tuesday), for a virtual Trivia Event and Awards Ceremony.
Chapter boards, the national board and the staff team will compete in a trivia challenge for the chance to ‘win’ the pool of dollars generated by the event to complete a GOA grant in your team’s name.
Trivia questions will test your knowledge of pop culture, history, science and more.
In between Trivia Rounds, we will be recognizing our 2024 GOA Core Value Award Recipients and the 2024 Congressional Coalition on Adoption Angels in Adoption Honorees. We have much to celebrate together!
Chapter Board, National Board and Staff Teams may wish to meet up to play the trivia challenge together in person, but that is not necessary – because every individual who signs up to play will be playing for the GOA team they are a part of.
As the Trivia Game progresses, players will be ranked on both their individual performance and their team performance. The trivia game uses an algorithm to calculate the average performance per player on a team (e.g. average points earned per player) in order to rank teams. So whether a team has more or fewer players they will still have the same shot at winning the trivia contest! Emcees for this special evening will be Andy Sandquist, National Board Chair and John Tilson, incoming National Board Chair.
