Join us on Giving Tuesday, December 2nd, for a night of recognition and the chance to win $5,000!
Chapter boards, the National Board, and the staff team will compete in a trivia challenge for the chance to ‘win’ the pool of dollars generated by the event to complete a GOA grant in your team’s name.
The Chapter Awards Recognition will recognize the 2025 Congressional Coalition on Adoption Angels in Adoption and the 2025 GOA Core Value Honor, Amplify and Be Scrappy award recipients.
We will do a Chapter Trivia Challenge – two rounds of trivia with one winning chapter team will receive $5,000 to help one more child find a permanent family in your state!
As the Trivia Game progresses, players will be ranked on both their individual performance and their team performance. The trivia game uses an algorithm to calculate the average performance per player on a team (e.g. average points earned per player) in order to rank teams. So whether a team has more or fewer players they will still have the same shot at winning the trivia contest! Emcees for this special evening will be Andy Sandquist and John Tilson, National Board Chair.
NEW THIS YEAR! You can participate as an “Individual” and rely on your own trivia prowess to win the game or take advantage of the family knowledge with a “Family Ticket” and encourage your household to join you!
