Join us for the Heart & Sole 5K, a Sweetest Day–inspired race celebrating love, connection, and the greatest gift of all: family. Funds raised benefit the Gift of Adoption Ohio Chapter, providing critical adoption grants to Ohio families as they complete the adoption of children facing urgent and vulnerable circumstances. Proceeds from this event stay local, helping remove financial barriers so children in Ohio can move from uncertainty into the stability of a permanent, loving home.

The Heart & Sole 5K is about coming together as a community and sharing something meaningful — our time, energy, and heart — to create lasting impact. Whether you’re a competitive runner, a casual walker, or cheering from the sidelines, all are welcome.
